Overview

This CLE course will provide corporate and in-house counsel with an overview of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks and legal requirements for ESG reporting and disclosure. The program will examine emerging legal and compliance risks, including the SEC proposal to mandate climate-related disclosures, expanding "greenwashing" litigation and risks, and other federal agency initiatives.
