Overview
On December 22, 2017, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was signed and approved by the President, passing the biggest overhaul in the tax code we have seen in decades. Since its approval, we have come to learn that corporations are going to reap some of the major benefits of this new bill. However, because there has been such a drastic change with this new bill, the individuals who are running these corporations are eager to learn and understand these changes as quickly as possible to determine how it is going to affect their entity.
In this program, comb through some of the major changes, such as the overall major tax cut for these corporations, as well as some of the changes that may not be as clear but are also important to these entities.
