Considerations for Providers in a Post-Dobbs World

This program will educate viewers as to the Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs and the implications of that decision across the United States. We will discuss trends in state legislative changes as a result of Dobbs as well as Biden Administration actions aimed at protecting reproductive health care.  We will review the status of related lower court decisions and highlight issues to watch as legal developments continue. Finally, we will discuss considerations for providers and provider organizations relative to all of these developments.
