Overview

Only a few months have passed since the debut of the revolutionary artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT and lawyers are both nervous and excited about what changes the new technology will bring to their practices.

This program, presented by Greg Siskind, Founding Partner of Siskind Susser PC, will explore the new AI tools available to lawyers, how to draft prompts that deliver what you need, and practice management and substantive legal uses for generative AI. It will also discuss some of the problems with the new tools as well as ethical issues and implementing law firm AI use policies. Finally, the course will discuss how to communicate to clients that you're using generative AI.

  2. Gain insight into how to incorporate AI in an ethical way into the daily activities of a law firm

  3. Identify the weaknesses of the products and how to mitigate risk and improve output
