This is the first in a three-part series, presented by Ronald Hedges, Principal of Ronald J. Hedges LLC and former United States Magistrate Judge in the District of New Jersey, on how attorneys and courts address electronic information in civil cases. This presentation will consider the ethical obligations of attorneys when dealing with electronic information. It will focus on several "core" duties of attorneys. This program will benefit any attorney, whether a litigator or who acts in another capacity, who uses electronic information in their practice for any purpose.
