This program, presented by Deepika Ravi and Amy Richardson of Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP, will explore the law governing attorney-client privilege, and trends in privilege decisions relating to in-house counsel roles. Ms. Ravi and Ms. Richardson will draw on court opinions as case studies to guide a discussion of the rules governing in-house privilege claims and trends in the treatment of the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine.
