Overview
This course, led by attorney Jill Miller, is designed to provide an overview of estate administration, and will guide attendees through an estate's life cycle, while revealing the fundamental steps and action items for each phase. Ms. Miller will cover the necessary steps that should be taken at a decedent's death, proper document preparation to ensure a will is admitted to probate, and the collection and valuation of estate assets. She will also discuss the preparation of the estate tax returns and accounting and estate settlement documents. This program also includes helpful course materials including forms and checklists that will be referenced throughout the program.
