Join attorney Fern Finkel of Finkle & Fernandez, LLP for Part II of this incredibly useful program, designed for attorneys often consulted to assist their clients in preparing their advance directives and estate planning documents (i.e.: Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Health Care Directives).
This program will present tools for maintaining your clients' independence, and dive into available trust options (Irrevocable/Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts, Supplemental Needs Trusts, and Pooled Trusts). An overview of government benefits for eligible clients, with a focus on Medicare and Medicaid, will be provided.
