Randall T. Tesser is an associate attorney at Tesser, Ryan & Rochman. Mr. Tesser obtained a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2017 where he also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Tufts University.

Mr. Tesser has experience in professional responsibility matters, administrative proceedings and appeals, trust and estate planning and administration, business contracts, and mediation.

Mr. Tesser is very active in the New York State Bar Association. He is a member of the executive committee of the Dispute Resolution Section, where he is the liaison to the Young Lawyers’ Section and a member of the New Lawyers and Law Students’ Committee and the Ethics Committee. He is also a member of the Young Lawyers’ Section. Mr. Tesser is also a member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association and the New York City Bar Association.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Tesser has played music professionally as a drummer across the country, including at Carnegie Hall.
