Matthew H. Giger, co-founder of the law firm Rosenberg, Giger & Perala P.C., has over 20 years of experience representing clients in all facets of litigation, dispute resolution and counseling.  Mr. Giger's practice extends to copyright and trademark matters, entertainment-industry disputes and general commercial litigation.  Mr. Giger has been honored by Super Lawyers magazine as New York Metro Super Lawyer in the area of Entertainment & Sports law for 2023 and 2024.

Mr. Giger received his A.B., magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1996, and graduated with a J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 1999.  Following his graduation, Mr. Giger served as a law clerk to the Honorable John S. Rhoades of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.  At the conclusion of his clerkship, Mr. Giger became an associate at the New York law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, and later joined the New York office of the firm Sullivan & Worcester LLP, prior to co-founding Rosenberg, Giger & Perala P.C. in 2007.
