David advises large corporations, businesses, and non-profit institutions on commercial, regulatory, and litigation matters. He has been deeply involved in complex litigation around the country his entire career. David has also served on the faculty of a regional law school. He is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and Duke Law School, where he served as Research and Managing Editor of the Duke Law Journal.
