Biography

Amy represents an array of international corporate clients in the automotive, architectural, payment services, news, financial services, and information technology industries. She provides counsel on all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories, family-based permanent resident applications, and immigration compliance. Amy also served as a member of Fragomen’s Associate Committee. Amy joined Fragomen from NY Law School in 2003. While attending law school in the evening, she worked full-time as the Chief Aide to the President of the American Civil Liberties Union. Amy also served as the Executive Editor of the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights. Upon graduation, she received the Alexander D. Forger Award for Distinguished Service to the Profession. From 2012 to 2016, Amy served on the executive committee of the New York Immigration Lawyers Association. Amy participated pro bono in a monthly immigration clinic, The Door (2007-2009), providing immigration assistance to this NYC-based youth development agency by counseling children on immigration issues ranging from work authorization to green cards to naturalization. She also has traveled to Dilley, TX to provide pro bono services for detained immigrant mothers and children.
