Allison also counsels on general corporate and compliance matters. 

Allison has over a decade of private equity experience. Allison mainly represents clients across the retail, consumer products, healthcare, life sciences, and financial services industries. She serves as co-leader of Morgan Lewis Bockius LLP’s retail and e-commerce industry team and pro bono chair for its New York office.
